Goal(s):
- Leverage additive manufacturing to design functional hydrogel systems to support 3D cell culture and study tissue-specific chemomechanical responses for applications in women’s health
- Apply adaptive tuning techniques of local and global properties of hydrogel systems to assist in vitro drug screening
- Develop and optimize in situ characterization techniques to investigate the structure-property relationships of biological materials in their native environments
- Integrate ML-guided image analysis software to streamline quantitative characterization of network-forming soft materials
